Our Clinicians
Why Choose Us?
We, the clinicians, maintain that we have experience working at or with organizations all around the Ohio valley.
Each of us have several agency and group practice experiences and we have found many of them wanting.
We decided to make the practice we all wanted to work for, to focus on loving our community, caring for our clients, and trying to be the good that we want to see in the mental health community.

Erica Fredenburg
MA, LPC
Hi there! I’m Erica. With a decade of nursing experience under my belt, I’ve seen firsthand how deeply our bodies and minds are connected. My passion is providing holistic mental health support that honors every part of who you are—physical, emotional, and mental—so you can feel like your whole self again.
I don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" model; instead, I focus on tailoring therapy to your specific needs and situation to ensure you feel supported in a way that truly works for you. I specialize in trauma-informed care, which is a fancy way of saying that I work hard to make sure you always feel safe, heard, and in control of your therapeutic journey.
I believe that a strong, genuine connection is the most important part of therapy. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you can feel secure enough to process life’s hurdles and move toward the person you want to be.
I am now accepting new clients ages 12 and up. If you are looking for a partner who will respect your pace and value your unique lived experience, I look forward to meeting you!
